A few things to know.
Is Cuvel Server free?
Yes. Both the website download and Microsoft Store edition will be free. We are currently preparing the release.
Can I access my site from a phone?
Connect your PC and phone to the same network and scan the QR code. An Ethernet-connected PC and a Wi-Fi phone on the same LAN also work. Your firewall or network settings may require you to allow the connection.
Can I use PHP and .htaccess?
Apache and PHP are bundled. The Apache + PHP mode runs PHP and supports .htaccess within the configuration and modules included with the bundled Apache.
Does it run any Python or Node.js app?
Apps must follow the supported startup conventions. Python uses the WSGI app named app in app.py; Node.js uses server.js or app.js. You need to prepare any libraries your project depends on.
What happens when I close the window?
The app and its related servers stop. Minimizing the window keeps the server running.
Which languages are supported?
The app supports Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Hindi, Polish and Portuguese. This website is available in Japanese and English.
